Lingam-shaped mountain

The total height of Kondarangi Hill is 1165.86 meters (3825 Feet) high. It will take 2 hours to reach the top of the hill. Stairs have been cut to climb this mountain. The shape of this mountain looks like a lingam. Thus, like Thiruvannamalai,
the hill itself is worshipped as a Shiva Lingam.

This is a place where those who seek peace of mind can come and worship! The Pandavas built numerous caves here to worship Lord Shiva.

Another temples located at the foothills is called Sri Getty Malleswarar and Sri Pramarambikai Temple.

Palani Hill can be seen from this hill. It is believed that there is a mystical connection between Murugan, who resides on Palani Hill, and Mallikarjuna Swamy on Kondarangi Hills. Mynthan is said to be standing, looking at his father. It is also
said that Eason and Shakti gave a vision to Balagan while standing on Palani Hill from here.
